Issuing Refunds
As an organizer, you have full control over refunds. You can issue full or partial refunds directly through paddlX.

How to Process a Refund
Refunds can be issued from your session player list.
Step-by-step:
- 1Navigate to your session details
- 2Find the player in your player list
- 3Click the three-dot menu next to their name
- 4Select "Issue Refund"
- 5Choose full or partial refund amount
- 6Confirm refund - funds return in 5-10 business days
Refund Policies
Consider setting clear refund policies for your sessions to manage expectations.

- •Communicate your refund policy in session descriptions
- •Common policy: Full refund if canceled 24+ hours before
- •Consider no refunds for no-shows
- •Be flexible for emergencies to build goodwill
- •Stripe fees are not refunded by Stripe
Automatic Refunds
If you cancel a session, paddlX can automatically refund all paid players. Simply check "Refund all players" when canceling the session.
